From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser. Lemon
Lush is a dessert with 4 layers. Walnut crust,
cream cheese, lemon pudding & cool whip.
Cut together until blended:
2 sticks butter
2 c flour
1 c walnuts, chopped
Pat into a buttered 9x13 pan.
Bake @ 400 for 15-20 minutes.
Beat until smooth:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c Cool Whip
Spread on cooled crust.
2 small packages lemon instant pudding
3 c milk
Beat until smooth. Pour over 1st layer.
Spread with a thin layer of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Cut into squares for serving.
