From the kitchen of Kay Putano.
Cream:
1/2 c crisco
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
Add:
3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cocoa
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c nuts, chopped
Spread in a greased pan.
Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.

Cover top immediately with
12 large
marshmallows, cut in half or marshmallow fluff
.
Return to oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows
are soft.
Spread melted marshmallows around on top.
Cool.

Chocolate Icing:
Mix in a pot:
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c water
2 squares chocolate (or 1/4 c cocoa)
Bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.
Add:
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Cool.
Blend in:
1 1/2 c confectioner sugar
