From the kitchen of AnnMarie Barkwell.  Light & flakey.  
Using a food processsor makes this easy.  May also be
made using a pastry blender.
In a food processor, using a blade attachment:
1 c & 2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c oil

Mix until crumbly. Add:
2-3 Tbsp cold water
Mix until it clumps.

Roll between pieces of plastic wrap.

This makes enough for one single crust.
Double for a crust topping.
