From the kitchen of Tony Putano. The longer you let is rise,
the thicker it will be. It continues to rise while baking. Top
with
Aunt Diomira's Pizza Sauce. This is very similar to Aunt
Diomira's pizza.

Uncle Tony's Pizza
So incredibly soft! Topped with Aunt Diomira's Pizza
Sauce & Romano cheese.

Comments:
I make the dough in the bread machine using the
dough setting- layer water, dry ingredients, egg,
yeast. It's sticky! I oil my hands with the pan oil to
keep the dough from sticking to me when I spread it
out in the pan.  Regarding baking- I bake until the
crust starts to turn golden (8-10 minutes?), top with
sauce, then bake until the sauce isn't runny (about
8 minutes) which results in an airy soft texture.
