Mix together in a bowl:
3 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 package yeast
1 c milk or water, warmed
Add to first mixture.
3 1/2 c flour
Stir with spoon or hand.
Knead & let raise until double.
Oil pans & spread.
Bake @ 350, 10 - 15 minutes
Top with sauce.
Bake about 10 more minutes.
So incredibly soft! Topped with Aunt Diomira's Pizza

I make the dough in the bread machine using the
dough setting- layer water, dry ingredients, egg,
yeast. It's sticky! I oil my hands with the pan oil to
keep the dough from sticking to me when I spread it
out in the pan. Regarding baking- I bake until the
crust starts to turn golden (8-10 minutes?), top with
sauce, then bake until the sauce isn't runny (about
8 minutes) which results in an airy soft texture.
