From the kitchen of Kay Putano. The addition of raspberries sets this
bread pudding apart.
Butter a 11" x 7" dish.
Butter one side of 6 slices of bread.
Place bread in pan, buttered side down.
Top with
1 c raspberries.
Butter one side of 6 slices of bread.
Place bread on top of berries, buttered side down.
Top with
1 c raspberries.

Whisk together:
4 eggs
1/2 c sugar
3 c milk
Pour over bread and berries.
Let set 30 minutes.

Bake @ 350, 50 minutes
