From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. This simple
crust-less cheesecake is baked in a 9" pie plate,
topped with sweetened sour cream, then baked again.
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
1/8 tsp almond extract
Beat until fluffy.
Gradually add, 1 at a time:
3 large eggs
2/3 c sugar
Pour into a greased glass 9" pie plate.
Bake @ 325, for 50 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes.
1 c sour cream (8oz)
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix. Pour over cake.
Bake @ 325 for 15 minutes.
