From the kitchen of Kay Putano. Ricotta, sugar,
nutmeg and yes, spaghetti, come together to make
this bundt cake.
Boil according to directions:
l lb cappolini (spaghetti)

Mix together:
1 c ricotta cheese
2 c sugar (taste- you may like it sweeter)
1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
12 eggs, yes, one dozen
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Add:
the cooked spaghetti

Grease a bundt pan with Crisco.
Pour batter into pan.

Bake @ 350, about 1 hour.
Test with a knife; when it comes out clean, cake is
done.
