From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. These
unique cookies are a bit chewy because of the oatmeal,
yet crispy from Rice Krispies cereal. Lots of sprinkles
and M&M's make them colorful.
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c crisco
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 c flour
1/4 c oatmeal
1/2 c Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 c sprinkles (jimmie style)
1/2 c m&m's (mini or regular)
Rub cookie sheets with Crisco.
Scoop 1/4 c of dough & roll into a ball.
Leave room for spreading.
Bake @ 375 for 13 minute or until golden.
These make large cookies.
If you make them smaller, they won't take as long to bake.
These were made with red, white & blue sprinkles.
