found this recipe at allrecipes. It tastes like
In a skillet, melt:
2 tsp butter
2 small squash, cubed
Cook until golden and tender.
Season with salt & pepper.
pizza sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
Cook until heated through.
Spoon onto Italian/ French/ Cuban/ similar
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Wrap in foil.
Bake @ 350, 15 minutes.
Makes 1 serving
