From the kitchen of Kay Putano. A nutty crust, a layer of
cream cheese and cool whip, topped with lemon (or any
other flavor) pudding, with a final layer of cool whip.
Mix & spread in a greased 13 x 9 pan:
1 c flour
8 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts
Bake @ 350, 12 - 15 minutes.
8 oz cream cheese
2/3 c confectioner sugar
6 oz cool whip
Spread on cooled crust & refrigerate.
2 small packages of lemon (or any flavor) instant pudding
2 3/4 c milk
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate and let set until thick.
Top with 6 oz cool whip.
Cover & refrigerate.
