From the kitchen of Renee Barkwell Wilson. This is
easy to make and we all enjoy it.
organic Teriyaki sauce
In a pan, heat oil & garlic.
Slice each chicken breast into 4 or 5 pieces.
Add to heated oil.
Cook until almost cooked through.
Shred/ cut up chicken.
Return to pan.
Add a generous amount of Teriyaki sauce.
Toss to coat.
Cook to let the flavors set in.
Serve over rice.
