From the kitchen of Kay Putano. Chili, cheese and pasta come
together in this casserole.
Brown:
1 lb ground beef
Add:
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 envelope Good Seasoning Italian Zesty Dressing Mix
Cook until tender.
Stir in:
2 tsp chili powder
1 c water
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
2 c OR 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz) chopped chilies, drained
8 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
Mix well. Spoon into a 13 x 9 pan.
Sprinkle over top:
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Bake @ 400, 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
