From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser.  This is from a
Company Christmas Card dated 1956.
In a double boiler, melt:
1/4 c butter
Stir in:
2 c milk
1 c coffee cream
Stir in:
8 egg  yolks, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
4 c slivered or diced turkey, cooked
Heat thoroughly.
When ready to serve, pour into chafing dish.
Optional, stir in:
1 c sherry
Serve on toast.
Serves 8.
