Aglio e Olio

A traditional Italian pasta dish consisting of angel hair, oil, garlic, parsley, romano cheese, salt & pepper. I use canola oil, Mom uses olive oil. This is one of those dishes that we put together with "a little of this and a little of that."



Cook angel hair pasta according to directions. Drain.


In a pan, over low heat:

oil (olive or canola)

crushed garlic

Stir over low heat for a couple minutes.

Careful not to brown garlic.

Add:

cooked angel hair pasta

Toss to coat.

Remove from heat.


Sprinkle with:

romano cheese

parsley

salt & pepper
