2 mashed bananas
1/2 c oil
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Bake @ 350, 30-45 min, check with toothpick

cream makes this banana bread moist. I found this recipe
in an old high school fund raiser cookbook.
