Rinse then place in a small pot:
1 can black beans
Add:
3/4 c - 1 c water
1/2 tsp chicken bullion (half a bullion cube)
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
onion powder*
oregano*
garlic powder*
cumin*
* I don't measure these spices, just a few shakes of each, one small shake for the cumin
Heat on low while rice cooks.
When rice is done, so are the beans.
