From the kitchen of Renee Barkwell Wilson. This is
from Hershey. The recipe can be found on the
cocoa container. It's creamy & spreads beautifully.
Try it on Hershey's Chocolate Cake.
3 c confectioner sugar
2/3 c cocoa
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
3-6 Tbsp milk*
* Add slowly until right consistency.
Beat until creamy.
Makes 2 cups.
