French Dip

This French Dip is made in a crockpot, which makes it a convenient make ahead meal.



1-1.5 lb London Broil

3 c water

1/2 c soy sauce

1 tsp Rosemary leaves

1 tsp thyme (ground)

1 tsp garlic powder

1-2 bay leaves

3-4 pepper corns

Combine all ingredients.

Cook on high for 6 hours in Crock Pot.

Shred meat. Strain juice.


Provolone Cheese

French Bread

Place meat on bread and top with cheese.

Melt cheese in oven.

Serve with individual bowls of juice.

Enjoy.
