A quick way to make tasty potatoes.
Cut into quarters or eighths (if using small salt
potatoes, cut in half)
Coat lightly with:
olive oil (I use spray bottle)
salt & pepper
Toss potatoes a few times.
Cover bottom of pyrex baking dish with:
olive oil or cooking spray
Arrange potatoes in pan.
1/4 c water
Bake covered @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until browned.
