Chocolate Cookie Crust:
25 crushed Oreos, I use a food processor
4 Tbsp melted butter
Mix together.
Pat into a pie dish.
In a mixer:
1 c Jif peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 c sugar
Cream together.
Fold in:
3 c (of 12 oz) Cool Whip
Pour into cookie crust.
In a glass measuring cup:
All but 2 Tbsp of an 11 oz jar of Smuckers Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
Microwave 1 minute.
Stir.
Spread over peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate until serving time.
At serving time:
Carefully spread 1 c Cool Whip on top.
Crumble some Oreo crumbs on top.
