Pistachio Cake

This is a quick easy dessert that starts with a cake mix, pudding and cool whip.



Cake

white cake mix

1 c oil

3 eggs

1 c club soda

pistachio instant pudding mix

Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

Stir in:

1/2 c nuts, chopped (optional)

Pour into a greased & floured bundt or 13 x 9 pan.


Bake @ 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.


Frosting

medium cool whip

instant pistachio pudding

Mix together.
