Poppy Seed Cake

This light cake doesn't need frosting, just a dusting of confectioner sugar.



Beat until creamy:

3 eggs

2 c sugar

Add:

1 c oil

1 1/4 c milk

Add:

3 c flour

3 tsp baking powder

1/4 c poppy seeds

1 tsp vanilla

Beat together.

Pour into a greased bundt pan.


Bake @ 350 for 1 hour


For cupcakes

Use cupcake liners.

Bake @ 350, 18 minutes
