Teriyaki Chicken

This is easy enough that you can throw it together last minute and it tastes great. Serve over rice.



oil

garlic

chicken breasts, cut to desired size

organic Teriyaki sauce


In a pan, heat oil & garlic.

Don't let garlic brown.

Add chicken.

Cook until almost cooked through.

Add a generous amount of Teriyaki sauce.

Toss to coat.

Cook on low until thoroughly cooked.

Serve over rice.
