Tuna Noodle Casserole

I like to serve this with buttered peas and applesauce. It freezes well.



Cook:

2 1/2 c egg noodles

2 minutes shorter than package indicates.

Drain.

Add:

1 can cream of celery soup

1 c milk

Rinse & add:

2 cans (6 oz each) chunk white tuna

Mix together.

Put in a greased pan.


Topping:

3 Tbsp butter or margarine

1 c crushed Club or Ritz crackers

Sprinkle over tuna.


Bake @ 375, 35 minutes, uncovered


Makes 4 servings
