From the kitchen of AnnMarie Barkwell
Make a white or yellow cake mix according to box directions in a 16x12x1 pan.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Beat until creamy:
8 oz cream cheese
In a separate bowl:
1 small package vanilla pudding
1 c milk
Beat with a wire whisk until combined.
Add to cream cheese.
Fold in:
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip
Spread on cooled cake.
Top with:
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
walnuts, finely chopped
Keep refrigerated.
NOTES
- I’ve been making this for years, but use a 13×9 pan and call it Yum Yum Cake. -Joan
