Cookie Dough

Cream:

1 c butter (2 sticks)

8 oz package cream cheese

Add:

2 c flour

1 tsp vanilla

Mix together & refrigerate.

Nut Filling

Mix together:

1 lb ground walnuts, ground fine (4 c)

1 large egg

1 c sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Assembly

Roll dough about 1/8″ thick.

Cut in sections about 2″ x 2 1/4″

Place 1 tsp filling on each section.

Roll to seal.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down.

Bake @ 350, 15 minutes or until gently golden.

Cool.

When serving, sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
