From the kitchen of Michelle Weston
Microwave for 1 minute:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
Stir.
Microwave for about 20 seconds more or until it can be stirred smooth.
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
Pour mixture over:
9 cups Chex cereal
Stir to coat.
In a large plastic bag, shake coated cereal with:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Store in airtight container in fridge.
