Orange Sponge Pound Cake

From the kitchen of Emily Putano

Mix together:

2 c flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt


1 1/2 c sugar

4 eggs

1 c oil

1/2 c orange juice

1/2 tsp lemon extract

1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat with an electric mixer for 10 minutes.

Pour in a well greased tube cake pan.

Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.

When cool, glaze.
