Pesto Pizza

Oil a pizza pan.

Flour the pizza dough just a little.

Spread the pizza dough in the pan.

Spread 1/2 cup pesto on top.

Put sliced mozzarella over the top of this.

Feta is good too.

Top with:

2 tomatoes, sliced

green pepper, chopped

black olives, sliced

red onion, diced

artichoke hearts

broccoli

Bake @ 450, 10 minutes until cheese is melted

Last year I made a ton of Basil Pesto and discovered that pesto pizza is delish! Usually LeeAnn makes the pizza dough for us, but you can also use store bought. -Marlene
