Pie Crust (Butter)

From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser

Mix with a pastry blender or in a food processor:

2 c flour

1 tsp salt

1/3 c shortening

1/3 c butter

6-7 Tbsp cold water

This makes a generous single pie crust (~1/2 c extra).
