Potato Chip Cookies

From the kitchen of Kay Putano


1 lb margarine or butter

Gradually add:

1 c sugar

Beat well.

Gradually add:

3 c flour

Mix thoroughly.


1 c chopped nuts

1 tsp vanilla

2 c crushed potato chips

Chill dough OVERNIGHT.

Shape dough into balls.

Place on un-greased cookie sheet.

Flatten with a fork dipped in cold water.

Bake @ 325, 20 minutes

They will be creamy color & light brown around the edges.

Careful not to over bake.
