From the kitchen of Stacey Chouati
In a bowl, mix together:
2 c cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp paprika
salt & pepper
Set aside.
Spread your favorite pizza dough.
Top with:
tomatoes, sliced thin, enough to cover pizza
a little mozzarella cheese
the seasoned cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces
more mozzarella cheese
parmesan
Grill the pizza until done.

- This pizza has been a favorite of Erica’s since she was a little girl. Stacey eyeballs the amounts, these amounts are what I use. – Stephanie
- I make this pizza in an oiled pizza pan & bake @ 375, 20 minutes or until cheese begins to color. I also add parsley for color. – Stephanie
