3\/4 tsp grated ginger<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 c chicken broth or chicken bullion<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp soy sauce<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp Ketjab Manis (or soy sauce)<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 to 1\/2 tsp hot pepper flakes<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 1\/2 Tbsp brown sugar<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2 &#8211; 3 Tbsp orange juice<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp or more orange zest<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Heat to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp cornstarch<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stir until thick.<\/p>\n<p>If lumpy, pass through a wire sieve.<\/p>\n<p>Add sauce to veggies.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serve over\u00a0<em><strong>2 c cooked rice<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE<\/p>\n<p>I make Steve chicken to go with his. &#8211;
