7 medium carrots,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0cut into strips 2 1\/2″ x 1\/4″<\/p>\n

Cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

Combine:<\/p>\n

1\/2 c mayo<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

2 Tbsp horseradish<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

2 Tbsp onion, grated<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp salt<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp pepper<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Spread evenly over carrots.<\/p>\n

Combine:<\/p>\n

1\/4 c fine dry bread crumbs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Tbsp butter<\/em><\/strong>, melted<\/p>\n

Sprinkle on top.<\/p>\n
