into chunks<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp kosher salt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp black pepper<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Spread on a baking sheet, single layer.<\/p>\n<p>Roast @ 400, 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Use a spatula to turn squash chunks over.<\/p>\n<p>Bake until tender, another 10
