Wash potatoes.<\/p>\n

Cut into quarters or eighths (if using small salt potatoes, cut in half)<\/p>\n

Coat lightly with:<\/p>\n

olive oil<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(I use spray bottle)<\/p>\n

Sprinkle with:<\/p>\n

salt & pepper<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

oregano<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

paprika<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Toss potatoes a few times.<\/p>\n

Cover bottom of pyrex baking dish with:<\/p>\n

olive oil or cooking spray<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Arrange potatoes in pan.<\/p>\n

Add:<\/p>\n

1\/4 c water<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Bake covered @ 350 for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until browned<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
