From the kitchen of Joan Knewasser<\/h4>\n\n\n

Cream:<\/p>\n

5 Tbsp butter<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

2 1\/2 c confectioner sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1 tsp vanilla<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp almond extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

3 to 4 Tbsp milk<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Cream until smooth.<\/p>\n

Add enough milk until spreading consistency.<\/p>\n

NOTE<\/p>\n

I use this to frost Chocolate Almond Cake.<\/p>\n\n\n
