9 whole wheat (dry) lasagna noodles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cook noodles according to package directions.<\/p>\n

Drain, rinse with cold water & drain again.<\/p>\n

Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In a bowl combine:<\/p>\n

2 containers (10 oz each) refrigerated light Alfredo sauce<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

3 tbsp lemon juice<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp black pepper<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Stir in:<\/p>\n

3 c chicken breast, cooked & chopped<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1 c bottled roasted red sweet peppers, drained & chopped<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lightly coat 3 qt. rectangular baking dish with nonstick spray.<\/p>\n

Arrange 3 noodles in bottom of dish.<\/p>\n

Top with 1\/3 chicken mixture.<\/p>\n

Repeat layers twice.<\/p>\n

Bake, covered, @ 325, 45 to 55 min.<\/p>\n

Uncover.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle with:<\/p>\n

3\/4 c shredded Italian blend cheese<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.<\/p>\n

Let stand 15 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n
