From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser<\/h4>\n\n\n

Remove from refrigerator & set aside:<\/p>\n

1 pckg Buena Vida Fat Free Tortillas<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In a non stick skillet, melt:<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp margarine<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Add:<\/p>\n

1\/2 c onion, chopped<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 fresh garlic clove, minced<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cook until tender.<\/p>\n

Stir in:<\/p>\n

1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 c nonfat sour cream<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 (10 3\/4 oz) can fat free condensed cream of chicken soup<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix well.<\/p>\n

Reserve 3\/4 c of sauce, set aside.<\/p>\n

To remaining sauce in skillet, add:<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 c cooked chicken breast, cubed<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 c (2 oz) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Warm tortillas according to directions.<\/p>\n

Fill tortillas with chicken mixture.<\/p>\n

Roll up.<\/p>\n

Place seam side down in ungreased 12×8 dish.<\/p>\n

In a small bowl combine:<\/p>\n

1\/4 c skim milk<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

reserved sauce<\/p>\n

Spoon over rolled tortillas.<\/p>\n

Top with: 1\/2 c (2 oz) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.<\/p>\n
