class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the kitchen of Steve Barkwell Jr.<\/h4>\n\n\n<p>Buy a good quality<em><strong> salmon<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Put it on a large piece of foil.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle with <strong><em>olive oil<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Use a basting brush to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Generously cover with <em><strong>Wegmans cracked pepper seasoning<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Rub a thin layer of <em><strong>brown sugar<\/strong><\/em> all over the top of the salmon.<\/p>\n<p>If prepping for a party, you can cover &amp; refrigerate for a few hours until you are ready to grill.<\/p>\n<p>If you refrigerate the fish, let it rest on counter 10-15 minutes before grilling to get the chill out.<\/p>\n<p>Grilling:<\/p>\n<p>Heat grill to 450\/500.<\/p>\n<p>Place seasoned salmon and foil on grill.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce heat to around 375.<\/p>\n<p>When salmon reaches 145, turn the grill back up to 450\/500.<\/p>\n<p>Flip salmon over &amp; grill another 4 minutes or so.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
