{"id":2402,"date":"2023-05-29T02:14:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T02:14:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/familyrecipesandmore.com\/wordpress\/?p=2402"},"modified":"2026-06-01T23:27:50","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T23:27:50","slug":"olive-oil-granola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/familyrecipesandmore.com\/wordpress\/olive-oil-granola\/","title":{"rendered":"Olive Oil Granola"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser<\/h4>\n\n\n<p>In a bowl whisk together:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 c olive oil<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/3 c brown sugar, packed<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 c real maple syrup<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp vanilla<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 tsp salt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>pinch cinnamon<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Drizzle mixture over:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>5 c rolled oats<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 c rice krispies<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3\/4 c roasted sunflower seeds<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2\/3 c chopped pecans<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\/3 c shredded coconut<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stir to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Line a large pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment.<\/p>\n<p>Press mixture into pan.<\/p>\n<p>Pressing helps it form clusters.<\/p>\n<p>Bake @ 325 35-40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Let cool.
