class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>2 lb whole ricotta (4c)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>3 eggs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>3\/4 tsp salt<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>1\/4 tsp pepper<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>2 Tbsp parsley<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>1\/3 c romano<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>2-3 tsp sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>1 clove garlic, minced<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>1 3\/4 c mozzarella, shredded<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lightly coat bottom of a 15&#215;10 pan with pasta sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoon about 2 Tbsp of filling into each shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoon&nbsp;<strong><em>sauce<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;over top of shells (about 2 1\/2 cups).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle with&nbsp;<em><strong>mozzarella cheese<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake, covered, @ 350, 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Can assemble up to 24 hr ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To freeze: Line stuffed shells on a silicone\/ wax paper lined sheet. Freeze until set. Toss in a freezer baggie.
