Beat:<\/p>\n

3 eggs<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Beat until light & fluffy, about 5 min.<\/p>\n

Set aside.<\/p>\n

Cream:<\/p>\n

1\/2 c Crisco<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

2 tsp almond extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1 tsp lemon extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Add:<\/p>\n

2 1\/2 c flour<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 c confectioner sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Tbsp plus 3\/4 tsp b. powder<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Gradually add the beaten eggs while mixing the dry ingredients.<\/p>\n

Roll dough into balls.<\/p>\n

Place on ungreased sheets.<\/p>\n

Bake @ 350 for 13 minutes.<\/p>\n

The cookies will poof as they bake.<\/p>\n

Glaze:<\/h4>\n

2 Tbsp milk, warmed<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp almond extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp vanilla extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1 c confectioner sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Stir glaze until smooth.<\/p>\n

Dip a few cookie tops into glaze.<\/p>\n

Quickly sprinkle with sprinkles<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If the sprinkles aren’t sticking, it’s because the glaze dried.<\/p>\n

Let dry 24 hr before storing in airtight container.<\/p>\n
