of Stephanie Knewasser<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large saucepan, saut\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1\/2&#8243; cubes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 med onion, chopped<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>6 garlic cloves, minced<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp oil<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saut\u00e9 until chicken is no longer pink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>2 cans great northern beans, drained &amp; rinsed (15 oz each)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 can chicken broth (15 oz)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 tsp salt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp ground cumin<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 tsp oregano<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp pepper<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 tsp cayenne pepper<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bring to a boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, 30 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat &amp; stir in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1 c sour cream (8oz)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1\/2 c heavy cream<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makes 9-10 servings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve with salad &amp; Italian bread\/ garlic bread<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meatless Variation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
