Crust<\/p>\n
In a saucepan, over med- high heat, bring to a boil:<\/p>\n
1 c water<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n 1\/2 c margarine<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Reduce to low heat.<\/p>\n Stir in:<\/p>\n 1 c flour<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Stir until it forms a ball.<\/p>\n Remove from heat.<\/p>\n Either let cool slightly, or move quickly so the eggs don’t cook in the next step.<\/p>\n Add, one at a time:<\/p>\n 4 eggs<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Mix well after each egg.<\/p>\n Using fingers, spread in an ungreased 13 x 9 pan.<\/p>\n If too sticky to spread, wet fingers with water.<\/p>\n Re-wet fingers as dough starts to stick again.<\/p>\n Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\n Cool completely.<\/p>\n Press down any air bubbles.<\/p>\n Filling<\/p>\n Beat until smooth:<\/p>\n 8 oz cream cheese<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n On low, slowly add:<\/p>\n 1\/4 c milk<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n If you add the milk all at once it’ll be lumpy, if it’s on high it’ll splatter.<\/p>\n Scrape the sides of the bowl.<\/p>\n Add:<\/p>\n large box vanilla pudding\/ custard<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Mix on low, slowly adding:<\/p>\n 2 3\/4 c milk<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Occasionally scrape the sides of the bowl.<\/p>\n Continue until all milk is added.<\/p>\n Spread on cooled crust.<\/p>\n Just before serving, spread with:<\/p>\n 8 oz tub Cool Whip<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Drizzle with:<\/p>\n chocolate syrup<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Keep refrigerated.<\/p>\n NOTES<\/p>\n Kay Putano<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2947,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[22,5],"tags":[640,639,57,110,194,106,555],"class_list":["post-2935","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cheesecake-creamy","category-desserts","tag-cold","tag-creamy","tag-dessert","tag-kay-putano","tag-pudding","tag-recipe","tag-summer","latest_post"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n
