set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain off fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>8 oz can crushed pineapple<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain &amp; reserve juice, set pineapple aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add&nbsp;<em><strong>water<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;to reserved juice to make 1\/2 cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>2 Tbsp vinegar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>2 Tbsp soy sauce<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 tsp sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp ground ginger<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to skillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 c carrots, bias sliced to 1\/4 in thick<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 small onion, sliced into wedges<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return pork to skillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover &amp; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until pork &amp; carrots are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 small green pepper<\/strong><\/em>, cut into bite sized strips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover &amp; simmer, 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove pork from skillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pineapple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 1\/2 tsp cornstarch<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to skillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook &amp;
