package directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>7 oz thin spaghetti<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, in a skillet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>4 garlic cloves, minced<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>2 Tbsp reduced fat margarine<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saut\u00e9 for 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1 lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled &amp; deveined<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>6 oz frozen snow peas, thawed<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>3 Tbsp fresh minced basil OR 1 Tbsp dry basil<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>2 Tbsp fresh minced parsley<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>pepper to taste<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir fry for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink &amp; vegetables are crisp-tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 c white wine OR low-sodium chicken broth<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp lime juice<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook &amp; stir for 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 c grated nonfat Parmesan cheese<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/4 c skim milk<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>1\/2 tsp grated lime peel<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve over
