You may want to start with less, try it, &amp; add to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GINGER has been used to calm: morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, heartburn, migraines, menstrual cramps &amp; other digestive problems. It also reduces pain caused by inflammation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MINT has been used as a remedy for digestive problems &amp; stomach cramps for centuries, as well as a natural breath freshener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LEMONS are a great source of Vitamin C, potassium &amp; calcium. When added to water, lemons are a natural diuretic. They have been used to calm nausea, heartburn, constipation &amp; sore throats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CUCUMBERS are a great source of vitamin A, B1, B6, C &amp; D, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium &amp; Potassium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instead of making a pitcher worth, I usually make a large glass of this in the morning &amp; add water throughout the day.
