Simmer for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 tsp vanilla<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stir everything together until well coated.<\/p>\n<p>Coat a 13&#215;9 pan with cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p>Pack mixture into pan. Press down firmly or it will fall apart.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Melt\u00a0<em><strong>7 ounces chocolate bark<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(I use the microwave).<\/p>\n<p>Spread over almost granola.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate until chocolate layer is set.<\/p>\n<p>Cut into 12-14 bars. Keep refrigerated.<\/p>\n<p>NOTES: <span style=\"font-size: revert; background-color: var( --nutmeg-background-color ); color: var( --nutmeg-primary-text-color ); font-family: var( --nutmeg-ff-primary );\">May store at room temp, but refrigerate in warm weather.
