Mix together:<\/p>\n

1 can chickpeas (16 oz)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

3-4 celery stalks, sliced<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/4 – 1\/2 onion, chopped<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

olive oil\/ sunflower <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 to 1 lemon, juiced<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

fennel seeds (sprinkle)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Allow to sit for a few hours in fridge before serving.<\/p>\n\n\n
